Stone Crushing Plant Production Process

The production process of the stationary crusher plant is divided into four steps:
The raw aggregates were under the primary crusher by the jaw crusher, and the size of the finished particle would be 100-180mm;
Step 2: Medium and Fine Crushing
aggregates were sent into the cone crusher or impact crusher for secondary crush, and the size of the finished particle would be 10-40mm;
Step 3: Ultra-fine Crushing
If necessary, this plant can also be equipped with a sand-making machine and sand washer machine to produce thinner particles, and the size of the finished particle would be 0-5mm.
Step 4: Screening
then the aggregates would be conveyed to the vibrating screen via a conveyor belt for further screening to achieve the desired particle size.
