The ball mill is the key equipment for crushing materials after they have been crushed. Working Principle

1. The material enters the first chamber of the mill by the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft;

2. There are stepped lining boards or corrugated lining boards in the chamber, which are loaded with steel balls of different specifications. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the cylinder will bring the steel balls to the specified height and then fall down, which will have a pounding and grinding effect on the material;

3. Grinding in the second chamber: After the material is roughed in the first chamber, it enters the second chamber through the single-layer silo plate. The silo is inlaid with a flat liner plate and there is a fine steel ball to further grind the material;

4. After grinding, the powder is discharged through the discharge grate to complete the grinding operation.
