In January 2023, we exported this mobile jaw crusher plant to Russia. This mobile crushing plant, with a production capacity of 100-120 tons per hour, comprises components including a feeder, jaw crusher, vibrating screen, PLC control box, and more. The customer’s intention behind acquiring this mobile crusher was to contribute to road and airport construction endeavors. The chosen processing material for this project was Volcanic rock.

Based on the scale of the customer’s raw materials and their requirement for various sizes of crushed materials, combined with the environmental conditions of the construction site, AIMIX engineers have provided the mobile jaw crushing plant for the customer.

Our factory prepared the mobile jaw crusher plant for export, ensuring that every aspect met the highest standards. From the feeder to the jaw crusher and vibrating screen, each component underwent thorough quality checks to guarantee optimal performance and durability.

Upon preparation, the mobile jaw crusher plant awaited shipment to Russia. Every precaution was taken to ensure secure packaging, safeguarding the equipment during transit. Given the logistical challenges of international transportation, the packaging was designed to withstand varying conditions.

Upon arrival in Russia, our experienced technicians expertly conducted the on-site installation of the mobile jaw crusher plant. Photos captured during the installation process showcase our team’s dedication and the seamless integration of the equipment into the local infrastructure.

With the successful completion of installation, the mobile jaw crusher plant commenced its operation on-site. Its robust design and advanced features facilitated efficient processing of volcanic rock, resulting in improved road infrastructure. We also received a positive feedback from our Russia client.
