The production process of the mobile crusher plant is divided into four steps:
Step 1: the aggregates enter the vibrating feeder, which uniformly feeds them into the jaw crushing machine through its vibration;
Step 2: raw aggregates were under the primary crusher by the jaw crusher, and the size of the finished particle would be 100-180mm;
Step 3: aggregates were sent into the cone crusher or impact crusher for secondary crush, and the size of the finished particle would be 10-40mm;
Step 4: then the aggregates would be conveyed to the vibrating screen via a conveyor belt or vibrating screen for further screening to achieve the desired particle size.
If necessary, this plant can also be equipped with a sand-making machine and sand washer machine to produce thinner particles.
